The Data Screen of Case It v7.0.4.exe is shown below (click on image to magnify it).  The Opened & Processed window at the left will list files as they are opened and manipulated by experimental procedures.  For this exercise we will not be using the Sequence Analysis window to the right of the main window, nor do we need the Help window to the right of that.  So you can close these two windows, but they can be reopened at any time via the button bar at the bottom of the main window.
