Simulated equipment can be used to carry out restriction enzyme digestion and DNA electrophoresis, on the ‘Lab Bench’ screen of Case It v704. Although this works for any non-plasmid DNA sequence*, it is much faster to use the Data Screen instead of the Lab Bench for these procedures.

Ignore comments at the end of the video about using the Photo Screen to record results, as that feature is not longer functional. Use screen shot software instead (Preview or Screenshot on the Mac, Snipping Tool or Snip N’ Sketch on Windows).
